As the body of work expanded, a new question naturally emerged.
It was no longer only What does the Living Archive say?
It became How does the Living Archive arrive at what it sees?
This section exists to answer that question.
The Living Archive Method makes explicit the reasoning practices that have guided the Archive from the beginning. It gathers principles, standards, and analytical procedures that were previously distributed across many essays into a coherent constitutional foundation.
Its purpose is not to replace the essays.
Its purpose is to make the way of seeing behind them visible, teachable, and open to examination.
From Personal Archive to Public Discipline
An archive preserves discoveries.
A method makes discoveries reproducible.
The Living Archive seeks to contribute not merely a collection of ideas, but a disciplined approach to inquiry that others can understand, apply, critique, and extend.
