Every Constitutional Reference exists to recover one constitutional reality with sufficient clarity that it can be understood, examined, challenged, applied, and stewarded independently of the person who first encountered it.
For this reason, Constitutional References occupy a unique place within the Living Archive. They do not preserve personal experience, institutional application, or editorial method. Their responsibility is the constitutional recovery itself.
Constitutional Responsibility
Every Constitutional Reference performs one constitutional responsibility.
- It recovers one governing constitutional reality.
