The Brutal Honesty (The Idol Trap): Your greatest danger is that others will naturally attempt to outsource their sovereignty to you because you are stable. If you allow this—even subtly—you have failed. Your success is measured by your invisibility. If the system still needs “you” specifically to function, you are a high-functioning bottleneck, not a steward.
