The Exploratory Leader (T2 Foundations)
Meaning: You are a high-achiever who is currently exhausted.
You are attempting to “steward” using the tools of “management,” and the friction is wearing you down.
The Strength: You are competent and capable of producing results in traditional, high-pressure environments.
The Brutal Honesty (The Hero Complex): You are leading through Personal Effort rather than Systemic Coherence. You feel the weight of the world because you don’t actually trust the system—or the people in it—to function without your constant intervention. You are a high-functioning slave to your results. Until you stabilize your internal coherence, you are a liability to any long-term system because you will eventually snap.
Next Steps: Stop trying to “fix” the system and start fixing the Mirror. Your priority is Internal Coherence.
