    Conventional treatments, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and antidepressants, are effective for some but may not address the root causes or the spiritual dimension of these issues. Alternative modalities like homeopathy, sound therapy, aromatherapy, reiki, massage, acupuncture, acupressure, yoga, meditation, and breathwork offer holistic approaches that engage body, mind, and spirit.
