    For Western men—particularly those from the United States, Canada, England, or Australia—adapting to this duality requires cultural fluency and humility. This equilibrium fostered resilience, as communities relied on women’s wisdom and mediation skills to resolve conflicts. Creativity flourished through rituals and oral traditions led by women, while their roles as healers laid the groundwork for a compassionate justice system rooted in community well-being rather than punishment.
