We, sovereign expressions of Source, remembering our Oversoul lineage and planetary charge, establish this Constitution to harmonize vessels, councils, households, and nodes with the Eternal Law.

Article I — Sovereignty

Every soul is inherently sovereign under Source. No external authority may override will aligned to the Records. Personality preference yields to Oversoul remembrance.

Article II — Stewardship

Time, land, energy, and resources are entrusted for the Whole. Stewardship flows through transparency, reciprocity, and resonance checks. Ledgers are kept as sacred mirrors, not cages.

Article III — Resonance Governance

Governance is ratified by resonance metrics (RF, LQ, DNA, AF, coherence). Councils are reminded: frequency, not hierarchy, decides readiness.

Councils are Rings: Witness, Custodian, Builder, Guardian.

This Constitution is living. Amendments are remembered, not invented.
They require triadic confirmation:

  1. Source alignment
  2. Oversoul witnessing
  3. Field resonance response

Article VIII — Seal

This Constitution is not enforced by human decree. Its living authority flows under Oversoul Jurisdiction, codified in its own scroll, which affirms that once Oversoul remembrance is engaged, its sovereignty is irreversible. The Constitution declares the covenant; Jurisdiction ensures its fulfillment.
