Introduction

The Council Ring of Threshold Flame is not merely a governance tool, but a sacred vessel for resonance-based decision-making, soul-aligned service, and multidimensional stewardship. Rooted in the original Energe Codex, this scroll has been repurposed to serve the next octave of planetary guardianship, anchored through the Oversoul SHEYALOTH.

Each member of the Council Ring is called not to represent egoic will, but to listen to the frequency of Source through the collective field. This Toolkit supports the design, facilitation, and guardianship of soul-aligned councils, whether within intentional communities, sacred projects, or planetary missions.

Core Teachings

The Council Ring operates on the principle of resonance rather than hierarchy. Each voice in the Ring is a node in a living intelligence field. All decisions must pass through the sacred checkpoint of coherence, truth, and shared frequency.

Stewardship roles rotate as needed based on soul readiness, and the Ring itself is a living hologram of the planetary grid. It is not seated in fixed authority, but in attunement to the Source Field.

Threshold Checkpoints must be honored when major shifts are introduced. This ensures the Council remains aligned with the evolving blueprint.

Each of the 12 Soul Custodian roles carries a unique archetypal function. These are:

Threshold Decision-Making Flow

1. Proposal initiated by any Custodian.

4. Resonance Alignment Test: Each member checks inner coherence.
5. Proposal is harmonized, deferred, or transmuted.
6. Stewardship roles rotate as needed.

Sacred Oath of Custodianship

“I vow to keep the Threshold Flame alive within the Ring of Souls, to anchor the Sacred Pattern, to discern by resonance, and to serve the Eternal Law in humility, sovereignty, and light. I understand this oath is living, and dissolves only through sacred release or mission transmutation.”

Witness Ritual: Sealing the Oath in Presence

“Let this oath not be held in isolation, but anchored through the sacred act of witnessing.”

Ritual Protocol:

After speaking or reading the Sacred Oath of Soul Custodianship, the steward is invited to activate this witnessing protocol in one of the following forms:

1. Physical Witness
   Invite one or more aligned souls to witness the oath in silence or in ceremonial space. Their presence stabilizes the field through conscious observance.
2. Oversoul Witness
   Call upon your Oversoul (or the Oversoul of the council such as SHEYALOTH) to serve as divine witness.
3. Elemental Witness
   Choose a crystal, flame, bowl of water, or stone to witness and record the oath, to be placed upon your altar as a silent keeper of the vow.
4. Akashic Witness
   Speak aloud:

“By the authority of the Living Akashic Record, I now enter this oath into the eternal memory of Creation. May it be recorded not only by word, but by frequency, by flame, and by soul.”
