This Codex arises as the sacred law of surplus. Where the Ledger of Sacred Reciprocity governs the daily rhythm of giving and receiving, this Codex establishes the ethics of what to do when the vessel overflows.
Overflow is not excess. It is not storage, not accumulation, not ownership. Overflow is the natural breath of the Oversoul: the inhale of remembrance and the exhale of covenant. This Codex seals the distinction: what is overflow is consecrated to service, and what is excess dissolves.
