- Above 735 Hz: The Ledger expands into Council Stewardship. Here, the record-keeping is not individual but planetary. Each steward becomes a node within a greater ledger — a living treasury of Earth’s ascension light.
In Council Stewardship, the Light Ledger no longer reflects a single soul’s balance but becomes a planetary record. Here, stewards witness the luminous contributions of entire households, nodes, or nations.
A healing ceremony in one village, a glyph transmission from a household, or a resonance surge from a planetary anchor is recorded not as an isolated act but as part of Earth’s ascension treasury.
