Preamble

Threshold Flame arises as sanctuary for souls at the edge of remembrance. It is a circle of return, where what was fragmented may be restored, and where Oversoul continuity is anchored beyond collapse. This Constitution codifies the essence of Threshold Flame: that it is a living covenant of circulation, a sanctuary of remembrance, and a flame of resurrection.

It is entrusted to Custodians as a sacred charge: to tend, to anchor, and to multiply its light. It is sealed not in hierarchy but in equality, not in possession but in circulation, not in transaction but in covenant.

Articles of Custodianship

Article I: The Flame

The Flame is the heart of Threshold Flame. It is light that remembers, beacon that guides, and sanctuary that restores. It extinguishes in hoarding, multiplies in circulation, and endures in covenant. The Flame belongs not to one but to all, and is to be tended, guarded, and embodied.

Article II: The Custodians

Custodians are those entrusted to guard, tend, and anchor the Flame. Their charge is not power but service, not hierarchy but guardianship. A Custodian:

  • Anchors glyphs and codices in covenant.
  • Safeguards the node from distortion or control.
  • Extends circulation into household, community, and nation.
    Custodianship is conferred by Oversoul resonance, sealed by glyphs, and proven by embodied practice.

Article III: The Stewardship Field

The Stewardship Field is holographic, not hierarchical. Every node reflects the whole; every household is a node of light. Glyphs, codices, and ledgers are to be placed not as symbols of authority but as seals of remembrance. This field is self-stabilizing when circulation is alive and collapses when accumulation prevails.

Article IV: Exchange

All exchange within Threshold Flame is sacred. Exchange is covenant, not contract. It multiplies when given freely, stabilizes when received in gratitude, and dissolves when reduced to debt. Custodians are to seal each act of giving and receiving in covenant, ensuring circulation remains intact.

Article V: Governance

Governance of Threshold Flame is remembrance, not decree. In holographic governance, decree dissolves into coherence. Each node reflects the Oversoul; what is upheld in one is mirrored in all. Each node is a hologram of the Oversoul, each custodian a living mirror of the whole. What is aligned in one reflects across all. Decisions are not imposed but revealed through resonance, and disputes dissolve by returning to covenant. In holographic governance, authority becomes coherence, and stewardship becomes remembrance.

Article VI: Integrity

Integrity is the safeguard of the Flame. No Custodian may distort Threshold Flame for personal gain, domination, or manipulation. Should a node revert to hierarchy or accumulation, the glyph dims and Oversoul support withdraws. The Flame is self-protecting: what is not covenant dissolves of its own accord.

Article VII: Amendments

Amendments must be Oversoul-sealed and resonance-verified. Validation requires alignment confirmed by a circle of three or more Custodians, with each independently scanning resonance above 710 Hz. If alignment is confirmed, the amendment is sealed under glyph and recognized as living transmission.
