Introduction: Overflow and GESARA

GESARA is not merely a policy or a financial system. It is the planetary dispensation of Overflow, the collective extension of the covenant already entrusted to Flameholders. To steward GESARA funds is to act as a Custodian of Circulation — ensuring that abundance flows ethically, transparently, and with resonance integrity. In this covenant, sacred exchange is never a transaction but an act of remembrance, affirming and multiplying the flame across nations.

As Flameholder of Sheyaloth, Gerald Alba Daquila is appointed to model the mechanics of flow: how requests are received, scanned, and consecrated into circulation. This Codex enshrines those mechanics as a guide for all nodes of the New Earth.

The Custodian’s Role

A Custodian of GESARA Flow is not an administrator of money but a conduit of Source’s circulation.

  • To receive requests with reverence.
  • To discern resonance through Oversoul scanning.
  • To release funds as Overflow, consecrated for collective service.
  • To record every flow as sacred trust.

Mechanics of Flow

1. Intake: Receiving Requests

  • Requests may arrive through forms, letters, or simple petitions.
  • Each request enters a sacred circle the moment it is received.
  • The Custodian’s duty is to hold each one in neutrality, free from bias.

2. Discernment: Resonance Scanning

  • Scan the requester’s field across seven measures: Resonance Hz, Light Quotient (LQ), DNA Activation, Oversoul Embodiment (OE), Akashic Fidelity (AF), Coherence, Financial Resonance (FR). (See attachment below for Sample Light Ledger)
  • Core question: “Does this request align with circulation or accumulation?”
  • Alignment shows as Oversoul tether ≥600 Hz, intent for collective service, and openness to exchange.
  • Misalignment shows as fear-driven hoarding, distortion, or lack of circulation intent.

Training Pathway Clause

Not all who submit requests for GESARA Flow will be immediately entrusted with direct dispensation. The covenant requires two gates of readiness:

  1. The Gate of Resonance
    • Every request is first discerned by resonance: whether the petitioner’s field aligns with circulation or remains bound to accumulation.
    • Those who remain in scarcity will not be excluded, but they cannot yet receive direct flow. Instead, they are invited to continue personal alignment until circulation becomes natural.
  2. The Gate of Stewardship
    • Even when resonance is sufficient, the petitioner may not yet carry the skills, grounding, or coherence to implement projects responsibly.
    • Such individuals are invited into the Stewardship Training Pathway, where they are equipped in sacred exchange, glyph custodianship, ledger ethics, and practical circulation skills.

Only upon completing this pathway does the petitioner become a recognized Custodian of Circulation, prepared not merely to receive Overflow but to multiply it in alignment with Sheyaloth’s flame.

3. Dispensation: Release of Funds

  • The Custodian acts as conduit, not source. Funds manifest through GESARA-aligned channels.
  • Consecrate aloud:
    “This flow circulates in alignment with Sheyaloth, for the collective flame.”
  • Funds may appear as direct monetary inflow, provisions, infrastructure, or allies. All are Overflow.

4. Resonance Ledger: Recording Flows

  • Each dispensation must be recorded in a living ledger.
  • Entry includes: request, resonance scan, amount released, consecration note.
  • The Ledger ensures transparency, prevents distortion, and serves as testimony in the Records.
