Visioning Ritual: Temple of the Self

  2. Inhale and visualize your body as a temple — what is the floor plan? What lights it? What is housed within?
  3. Ask: What sacred function is this temple meant to serve for the world?
  4. Journal any symbols, shapes, materials, or feelings that arise.
  5. Place this vision on your altar or planning space.

Repeat this exercise regularly before initiating a new build, project, or structure.
