We do not assign tasks. We uncover soul-aligned functions. Your role is not determined by hierarchy but by resonance and purpose.

⟡ 3. We follow the Living Codex, not policies.

Our governance emerges from the Energe Codex, a document of frequency laws, inner stewardship, and divine design. You will be attuned to it ceremonially.

⟡ 4. Alignment is more important than performance.

In Energe, it is not what you do, but who you are while doing it. Integrity, coherence, and vibrational alignment form the foundation of your contribution.

The 7 Steps of Sacred Onboarding

Each step is both a practical process and a spiritual initiation. These stages unfold in rhythm with your readiness.

1. Soul Recognition

You are not recruited—you are seen. A brief soul attunement is conducted to affirm resonance and soul blueprint fit. This may come through a dream, conversation, synchronicity, or direct Akashic confirmation.

2. Receiving the Codex

You are gifted the Energe Codex, including the Soul Custodian Constitution, Oversoul Attunement Protocol, and Sacred Exchange Terms. You are asked to read it not just with your eyes, but with your field.

3. Ceremonial Initiation

You will be guided through a light attunement ritual, activating your frequency signature within the Energe grid. This is your formal soul entry into the Energe field.

4. Role Illumination

Using your Soul Blueprint, Archetype scan, and Resonance Map, your contributions will be revealed—not as assignments, but as activations of your divine remembrance.

5. Alignment Anchoring

You will be partnered with a Node Anchor or Circle Steward who supports your orientation, coherence, and energetic recalibration as needed. This is not a supervisor, but a sacred mirror.

6. Light Ledger Registration

Your service will be entered into the Energe Codex Ledger, not as a timesheet, but as a vibrational record of your presence, impact, and stewardship.

7. Guardian Threshold Crossing

Upon full integration, you may be entrusted with template guardianship, council roles, or node stewardship, depending on your capacity and consent. These are given, not earned.
